Please contact our CPC Support Team or your Account Executive when your conversion pixel has been implemented. We'll check to see if the pixel is firing and if any values need to be changed. You may also complete a test order and send us a screenshot of the live HTML code on the confirmation page. Please login to your Promoted Products Report and click 'Support' under the 'More' tab to contact our Support Team.
- Please make sure the code is live on your order confirmation page and wrapped in an IMGimg tag. Otherwise, we will not be able to confirm the pixel is firing.
