How does mobile bidding work?

Mobile bid adjustments are made at the campaign level and are reflected as a set percentage of their corresponding desktop category. For example, a $0.50 bid in “Day Dresses” on desktop with a -60% bid adjustment generates a $0.20 mobile bid on “Day Dresses.” Bidding adjustments range from +90% to 0% to -90% of your desktop bids.
