Yahoo Acquisition: Update Your Vendor Information

Why am I receiving this communication?

You are receiving this communication because your company is presently doing business or has done so in the past, with Polyvore.

What do I need to do?

You should update your vendor information to reflect the revised Company details and payment instructions per this announcement. Your Polyvore vendor records should be updated as soon as possible to correctly reflect the new Yahoo! Inc address and all payment details.

Do I need to update the banking records?

Yes, you should also update the banking records to reflect the details per the announcement.

Should new Insertion Orders be issued to Yahoo! Inc?

Yes, all new Insertion Orders should indicate Yahoo! Inc as the contracting party replacing Polyvore.

What about existing Contracts and Insertion Orders that are contracted with Polyvore?

Existing contracts and IO’s are still valid and do not require to be changed. The new Yahoo! Inc name can be used for the next renewal and future orders. We have registered Polyvore doing business as (dba) Yahoo! Inc. This means that the names can be used interchangeably during this period of transition.

If I am already running on Yahoo, will my invoices be combined?

For now, it will depend specifically on what you are running with Yahoo and with Polyvore. If you are running on Gemini, you will receive one invoice with Yahoo Gemini and Polyvore Promoted Products combined. If you are running a display program on either Yahoo or Polyvore, you would be invoiced separately for those campaigns. When is this change effective?
